5 weeks - New Mindset

Session 1 -

Our life coaches help you identify and achieve your goals, whether personal or professional. We'll work with you to develop a plan to overcome obstacles and achieve success in all areas of your life.

Session 2 -

Our mindfulness meditation classes will help you reduce stress, improve focus, and achieve a greater sense of calm and wellbeing. We offer both group and private classes for all levels of experience.

Session 3 -

Our career coaches help you identify your strengths and passions, and develop a plan to achieve success in your professional life. We'll help you overcome obstacles and achieve your career goals.

Session 4 -

Our relationship coaches will help you improve communication, resolve conflicts, and achieve greater intimacy and connection in all of your relationships. We offer both individual and couples coaching.

Session 5 -

Our positive psychology approach focuses on developing positive emotions, relationships, and meaning in life. We'll help you cultivate greater happiness and wellbeing in all areas of your life.
